Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unopened

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after product use

  • Normal shipping delays within stated delivery window

  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
